NOTE: Make sure that you don’t click on the MY ACCOUNT option given on the left-hand side of the webpage as it will direct you to the Account Settings page.
3.) Now, click on the Manage My Subscriptions link located below Services heading on the left-hand side under the MY ACCOUNT page.
4.) Next, you will need to click on the Cancel option located on the lower-right hand side of the Plan Information section. Doing so will take you to the cancellation window.
5.) On the cancellation page, click on the CANCEL AOL option given at the bottom-side of the window. Once you will click on this button, your AOL Mail account will be deleted at once.
So, this is how you can easily and quickly delete your AOL Mail account.

Steps to Delete an AOL Email Account from an iPhone

1.) On your iPhone, tap on the Settings app icon. You will be directed to the Settings’ section of your iPhone.
2.) Under Settings, you will need to scroll down and tap on the Mail, Contacts, Calendars option.
NOTE: If you are using iOS 10, you will need to select the Mail option.

3.) Next, you will need to select your AOL account from the Accounts section.

NOTE: If you are using iOS 10, you will need to select the Accounts option before you get the list of email accounts configured to your iPhone.
4.) After selecting your AOL account, you will need to tap on the Delete Account button located at the bottom of the screen.
5.) Then, tap on the Delete from My iPhone button to confirm your action of removing AOL email account from your iPhone.
